Welcome to the Online Court Payment System for the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office. You can pay Court fines & cost conveniently from here. All you need to begin is your Case# and name or your last name and date of birth.

Pay your court payments online: The court payment system will allow you to pay for your court payments as long as you have made a court appearance and have been sentenced.

Payment Types:

The only acceptable method of payment is credit card (MasterCard/Visa/American Express). Please note that a nominal convenience fee will be charged by the merchant for electronic payment processing. For more information about paying Court fees online click here.

You may also pay your court payments:

1. Through the mail, by money order or cashier check only. Make the money order or cashier check payable to EBRSO and mail it to P.O. Box 3202, Baton Rouge, LA 70821.

2. In person using cash, money order, cashier check, debit/credit cards, except American Express and Discover. (Personal checks are not accepted) We are located on the second floor of the 19th JDC Courthouse, located at 300 North Blvd. Room 2701.Please note: If your court date has passed and you are requesting an extension of time, you MUST come into the office to place that request.
